Accommodation

We look forward to welcoming you to Camerino.

In order to help with your planning, the following accommodation options are available:

• On Campus - booked via the local organizing committee

• Hotels - direct bookings (pre-reservations)

• Bed & Breakfasts and countryhouses - direct bookings

On Campus - booked via the local organizing committee

Rooms should be booked no later than August 23!

Accommodation in student residences, right in the heart of Campus (conference venue) can be booked for two nights, 9-11 September (extra nights can be added for early arrivals/late departures).

• Single room in two bedroom apartments (shared bathroom): € 25,00/person/day
• Single room in 2-3 bedroom apartments (ensuite bathroom): € 35,00/person/day 

All apartment units have 2-3 bedrooms, shared or private bathroom, a living room and kitchen with refrigerator (no kitchenware or microwaves provided). Apartments do not have air-conditioning. Bed linens and towels; daily room cleaning; Wireless Internet are included. Breakfast is not included (coffee machines available at the Campus buildings, or cafés within 250-400 m).

In order to book a room at the campus, please send an e-mail to sils2019@unicam.it (subject "Campus Room Reservation - Guestname") with exact arrival and departure dates, number of rooms, guest names, phone number. If you wish to share the apartment with someone else, please, write also the name.

Your request will be processed and, according to the availability of the structure, you will receive a notification and payment instructions (payment should be done by bank transfer).

Hotels - direct bookings (pre-reservations)

Accommodation at hotels should be booked independently by participants, but we have made arrangements and pre-reservations for two nights (arrival 9, departure 11 September) for ~ 50 rooms in different hotels around the conference venue.

Please contact the hotels directly to book your accommodations and mention the “convegno SILS2019” to benefit from the negotiated rate and services.

The interactive map at the end of the page helps you to locate the hotels and the conference venue. Hotels are not within walking distance but some of them will provide free shuttle service to/from the conference venue if you do not have a car.

Note that these pre-reservations are valid for bookings made until a particular date (different for every hotel) as indicated below. After this date, no rates or availability can be guaranteed and requests will be dealt with according to the current availability and rates. We recommend to book your accommodation as soon as feasible for you.

In September Camerino is still visited by tourists as well as students and researchers coming to the local University. This will make difficult to find accommodation in the last minute.

Bed & Breakfasts and countryhouses - direct bookings

Rooms are also available in bed & breakfasts / guesthouses / self-catered properties in and around Camerino. Bookings and arrangements should be made directly with the properties. It is recommended to have a car.
