REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been received. The fee payment should be made by bank transfer within 10 days after the registration process.

If you have not already paid the SILS fees for 2019, in order to choose the reduced fees for SILS members please pay the fees now by following these instructions on the SILS website:

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes: participation in working sessions, the participant kit (conference booklet and gadgets), coffee breaks, two lunches and the welcome aperitif.
The social dinner is not included in the registration fee.

Please, note that financial support for PhD students and young researchers can be available. More details here

Cancellations:

1. Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration and organization costs incurred.

2. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

3. Registrations cancelled less than 7 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund. A special request for a 50% refund can be submitted by enclosing documents certifying that the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond individual control.
